For all .au domain registrations (including .com.au and .net.au), you agree to comply with all auDA Published Policies.

• Eligibility: You must meet the eligibility and allocation rules for the domain you select (e.g., holding a valid ABN or ACN for .com.au).
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your registrant data remains current and accurate.
• Cancellation: If your ABN is cancelled or you lose eligibility, the domain may be subject to a deletion process by auDA.

3. Registration & Payments

• Fees: All fees must be paid in full prior to domain registration or renewal.
• Finality: Once a domain is successfully submitted to the registry, the registration fee is non-refundable.
• No Hidden Services: We focus strictly on domain registration; we do not provide email or web hosting services.

4. Renewals & Expiration

It is your sole responsibility to ensure your domain is renewed before the expiry date. While we send reminders to your registered email address, Register A Domain is not liable for any loss resulting from a domain entering the "Expired" or "Pending Delete" state.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Register A Domain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any registry-level outages.
